Qualified invoice (Japan invoice system)
The Merchant of Record for subscription payments, Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC, USA), is registered as a Japanese Qualified Invoice Issuer. The receipts they issue may be used directly as qualified invoices for Japan Consumption Tax input credit.
  • Qualified Invoice Issuer registration number: T4700150126198 (Lemon Squeezy's; surfaced as "VAT No" on the Lemon Squeezy dashboard).
  • Receipt download: customers can download the tax invoice (PDF) from the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal after checkout. Japan Consumption Tax (JCT) at 10% is broken out as a separate line item.
Payment methods
Credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover / JCB and other payment methods supported by Lemon Squeezy).
Payment timing
Monthly plans: after the contract is concluded, a 14-day free trial period applies before the first charge. Thereafter, the subscription is automatically charged on each monthly renewal date.
Annual plans: after the contract is concluded, a 14-day free trial period applies before the first charge. Thereafter, the subscription is automatically charged on each annual renewal date.
If cancelled during the trial period, no charge will be incurred.
Service provision timing
The Service starts immediately after account creation. Subscription to a paid plan becomes available only after a "manual run" has succeeded at least once on the dashboard.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the current plan's cycle (monthly or annual) unless the customer cancels.
Automatic pause when no auto-control occurs
To prevent unintended ongoing charges, if our control engine produces no automatic AC commands for 30 consecutive days, the paid subscription is automatically paused (no further charges will be incurred). A reminder is sent to the registered email address 14 days before the pause. The subscription can be resumed at any time from your account page.
Plan changes

Plan changes are performed via the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal. Changes apply immediately and Lemon Squeezy automatically calculates the proration.

  • Upgrade within the same cycle — the prorated difference for the remaining period is charged immediately. The next renewal date is unchanged.
  • Downgrade within the same cycle — a prorated credit is generated and applied to future renewal charges. The next renewal date is unchanged.
  • Monthly → annual switch — treated as an upgrade. The difference is charged immediately and the next renewal date resets to one year after the switch date.
  • Annual → monthly switch — treated as a downgrade. A prorated credit is applied to subsequent monthly charges, and the next renewal date resets to one month after the switch date.

The specific amount will be confirmed on the Customer Portal screen when you perform the change.

Cancellation method
You can cancel at any time from the Customer Portal (My Page → Subscription). After cancellation, you continue to have access to the current plan's features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Returns / cancellation (refund conditions)
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds for customer convenience after the contract is concluded are not provided as a rule. However, where the Service has been effectively unusable due to reasons attributable to us, or where Lemon Squeezy's refund policy otherwise applies, a refund may be issued via Lemon Squeezy.
Avoiding charges by cancelling during the free trial period is something the customer can complete entirely on their own.
Cooling-off period
The Service is a digital service delivered immediately over the internet and is outside the scope of the cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
Operating environment

The Service works with a combination of devices from the SwitchBot series or the Nature Remo series, each with the following characteristics:

  • Nature Remo: AC temperature can be set in 0.5℃ steps (SwitchBot is limited to 1℃ steps due to device-side constraints).
  • SwitchBot: additional thermometers can be added later, allowing more measurement points per room (Nature Remo relies on its built-in sensor).

Required devices / environment:

  • Latest version of a major web browser (Chrome / Safari / Edge / Firefox).
  • SwitchBot Hub (Hub Mini / Hub 2 / Hub 3, etc. — a model that lets the SwitchBot API control an AC).
  • SwitchBot thermometer (Meter / Meter Plus / Indoor-Outdoor Meter, etc. — a model whose temperature readings are available via the SwitchBot API).
  • Or a Nature Remo unit (a generation that includes a temperature / humidity sensor and supports AC control).
  • A valid SwitchBot or Nature Remo account.
  • An always-on internet connection.
Restrictions on service provision
In the following cases, we may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service:
  • Use that violates the Terms of Service, vendor API terms, unauthorised access, or other use contrary to public order and morals.
  • Maintenance, updates, or other scheduled work on the Service.
  • Failures of vendor APIs, specification changes, usage restrictions, cloud infrastructure failures, network outages, or other circumstances of external dependencies.
  • Force majeure (earthquakes, lightning, fire, blackouts, governmental orders, etc.).
We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice of scheduled stoppages.
